Hi and welcome to your Tipperary Town virtual Famers Market. We hope to bring you the very best that is on offer locally and we will work hard to add to the producers as time goes on. There has not been a farmers market in Tipperary Town for many years so we are thrilled to finally bring this to you. It is important for our community to connect and support high quality local farmers and producers. This keeps communities vibrant and offers a more sustainable future for both the farmer and the producer.

NeighbourFood is an online farmers market that connects farmers and producers directly with customers. We want to emphasize the importance of supporting farmers and producers through NeighbourFood markets. Without NeighbourFood markets some of us small producers would no longer be in business. In these times of COVID 19 NeighbourFood markets realise the need to join forces and bring the online farmers market to you in a safe and practical way. We want farmers and producers to get a fair price for their products. We want you the customer to know exactly where your food is coming from.

Each week a selection of locally produced products goes live for you to buy. You select your produce of choice and buy online, whether it's from your couch on a lazy evening or out on a walk in the park. Local produce at the click of a button. Weekly orders will close at midnight on Tuesday. There will be a weekly collection point at the Marian Hall in Tipperary Town on Thursday Evening between 4.30pm & 6.00pm. Your produce will have been delivered by the producers earlier on that day and will be ready for you. All you need to do is to bring a reusable shopping bag to take your fresh goodies home. We will stagger the collection times to facilitate social distancing . Sanitisers will be available for customer use.

As a result of the coronavirus, our producers take every precaution to ensure that their products are grown or prepared in a safe environment. All products will be placed into boxes while following social distancing guidelines ready for your collection.
