Alan Phillips is the owner of the studio coffee in Bettystown. With his wife Louise they produce award-winning speciality coffee. They are committed to producing the world's highest quality coffee. Quality all starts with the beans selected to import for roasting.
The quality on offer has not gone un-noticed either, with 4 uk great taste awards, 3 coffees honoured at the irish food awards and 2019,2020 McKenna guide best in Ireland awards.
To maintain the highest quality and flavour they mainly roast to order in small batches.
The studio coffee has an extensive range from whole bean and ground coffee, capsules and cold brew.
