Amodeo Dressings – steeped in Italian food heritage
The Amodeo Balsamic dressings were created by Sabrina Amodeo using her Italian family recipes for her Tuscany Bistro restaurants in Ballina, County Tipperary and Limerick. The customers of the restaurants loved the dressings so much they asked Sabrina if they could buy the dressing to take home. This was the catalyst for creating a new business, Amodeo Dressings.
The Amodeo Balsamic Reduction is used in the Tuscany restaurants on starters such as bruschetta, scallops, Parma ham & rocket salad, for mains - on steaks, roast vegetables and fish, for dessert – on strawberries and with cheese & figs and we also use the luscious balsamic reduction in some exciting vodka, basil and strawberry based cocktails !
The Amodeo Classic Italian Dressing is perfect with all types of salads, works really well as a marinade or a dressing with chicken, fish, vegetables or new potatoes.
