Coriander-With high concentrations of Beta carotene & Leutin as well as boosting scoring in the top four when it comes to levels of Vitamin C & A, Coriander micros have a unique zesty taste as well as being great for your health.

Daikon microgreens have significantly high in levels of vitamin C and so are great for boosting the immune system. Also high in levels of vitamins K & E as well as important anti-inflammatory compounds which are important for cardiovascular health. As a known diuretic, Daikon radish microgreens are also beneficial in detoxifying the body and in promoting kidney health.

Red Rambo’s intense colours and mild spicy flavour make it a very popular choice with chefs and for the health food market. Radish microgreens, and in particular Red Rambo microgreens are touted for their significant nutritional benefit. An excellent source of Vitamins; C & A, B6, E & K, antioxidants, protein as well as Folate and Glucosinolates.

Scarlet Frills micros are visually stunning and seriously deliver in terms of spice. Another of our most popular microgreens. Scarlet Frills are perhaps the most striking microgreen on our menu with beautiful purple and green leaves. Scarlet frills are an excellent source of vitamins K, A, C & E and antioxidants.
