Speltbaker - Speltbakers Irish Sourdough

This sourdough is made with Irish grown and milled spelt. We use Oak Forest mills flour which is in conversion to organic. It is a real bread made with 100% spelt, salt and water. Beautiful golden colour shows the stoneground flour, where the grain is sieved rather than broken and where the flour keeps all the oils.
