Sláintiúil Teoranta t/a HealthyYou - Ginger Seaweed Salad

A ready to eat sea vegetable salad with a wide range of vitamins and minerals especially high in Iodine. It may be eaten as a meal or snack on its own or as a meal component. (see website for recipe suggestions (www.seaweedsalads.ie). Goes particularly well with a strong cheese such as mature cheddar or Cashel Blue and also with white fish, sardines and crab. The salad is marinaded in rice vinegar and and has a long shelf life of three weeks in refrigerated conditions.

The product is free from artificial colours, preservatives, MSG and Gluten (analysis <5ppm. -- The Coeliac Society claim products <20ppm are Gluten Free and have copies of these analyses).
