Second Street Bakeshop - Peppermint Bark

We've taken our inspiration from Williams-Sonoma's iconic Peppermint Bark and put our twist on it. We start with a bittersweet dark chocolate layer, cover it with a creamy sweet white Belgian chocolate layer, add a touch of Achill Island Sea Salt, and then top it with a sprinkling of peppermint-infused crushed candy canes. It's minty and moreish.
