Made by Danilo our wonderful Italian cheese maker, using a traditional soft sheep’s cheese recipe. This single batch has a use by date of 28th June 2022 and will freeze.
Suggested uses: Spread on crackers or bread, stir into pasta, use in a summer salad, or as a creamy topping on a baked potato or stuffed peppers. Top chicken breasts or fish pieces (e.g. hake or cod) with cream cheese and sundried tomatoes or olives and then bake. Spread on wraps or sandwiches. Beat the soft cheese adding flavouring of your choice, for example, garlic, smoked paprika, pesto, or dill and then use as a creamy spread or topping.
Store in a refrigerator, but best served at room temperature.
