On the Pigs Back - Irish Lamb Stew (Frozen This Week)
Traditional Irish stew with slow cooked Lamb, root vegetables, potatoes, onions, and parsley.
Serves 1-2. Suggested side , steamed floury potatoes.
Reheat thoroughly to 75 degrees in the oven in the foil container. Oven @ 180 Fan for approx 20 min.
