Established in 1992 by Isabelle Sheridan selling Farmhouse Cheeses, Charcuterie, Fresh Breads, Irish Artisan Food, French Specialities in The English Market, in Cork City.
On The Pig's Back Café / Deli in Douglas, Co. Cork, opened in 2009. We're a 70 seater Café open six days a week with an outside seated terrace which can can be enjoyed on sunnier days.
The Douglas site also host our production unit, registered as an EEC plant for food production of cooked meat, and slicing meat, charcuterie and cheeses.
