Our beef is supplied from our butcher's brother, John, who non-intensively rears Aberdeen Angus over 100 acres of land in his Cloyne farm. John O'Brien grows his own barley that he feeds the cattle, they are also grass-fed.

Grass-fed beef is associated with having heart-health benefits such as less total fat, more omega-3 fatty acids and more antioxidant vitamins, such as Vitamin E.
