O'Briens Butchers - Centre Loin Lamb Cutlets

Our butcher's brother John O'Brien supplies us with our Lamb. The animals are reared in his non-intensive farm where they roam freely over 100 acres of land in Cloyne and are they are processed in Midleton- as local as you'll get it!

Cuts such as chops and cutlets from the neck are also suitable for grilling or frying.

For smaller joints allow 25 – 30 minutes 450g and 20 minutes extra.
