Malay Kitchen - Flat Rice Noodles For Phad Thai (10Mm)

Perfect pairing with our Phad Thai Sauce.
This thick rice noodles are essentials for making Phad Thai Noodles. We use this noodles for our Phad Thai dish at the restaurant.
To make the Phad Thai Noodle, use 1 jar or Malay Kitchen and 300g of dry noodles (this pack contains 375g). You can use the leftover noodle for the next batch, or use in your favourite broth (ramen) or soups!
(prep for Phad Thai Noodle):
1. Put 300g dry noodles into the big bowl.
2. Pour in the hot water, ideally 60 Celsius (not boiling water). Swirl a teaspoon of olive oil. Stir gently to separate the noodles.
3. Soak for 10 minutes, Do not over soak.
4. Drain noodles.
5. Follow the instructions for Phad Thai Sauce (add drained noodles together with the sauce when cooking the dish).
