A Russian staple sometimes also called ‘black bread’. This is a 100% organic rye sourdough bread with a distinctive rye flavour and lovely texture. We call it a ‘healthy’ loaf as it doesn’t have wheat or dairy, and is lower in gluten than bread made with wheat flour. However, it is not suitable for coeliacs. Lovely toasted with a spread of butter on top. 1 lb loaf
