We are a micro bakery based in Clonbur, in the Gaeltacht, run by two friends, Mary and Anya. Mary is Irish and Anya is Russian. We specialise in traditional Irish breads, organic white sourdough, and Russian rye sourdough, as well as treats such as apple tarts, tea brack, ginger bread, and others. All our products are made in small batches. We use organic flour where possible, real butter, and free range eggs.
