Joyce Country Bakery - Ginger Bread

A favourite of ours, and pretty much everyone else we know! This is a sweet, fragrant, sticky and very moreish cake. It will not last long in your household and might cause some fighting over the last slice. 1 lb loaf

Ingredients: flour, milk, butter, brown sugar, golden syrup, treacle, ground ginger, free-range egg, bicarbonate of soda.
