ORGANIC SINGLE ESTATE APPLE BRANDEY
This is a great Highbank creation. unique to Ireland this drink is Single Estate with 100% organic Highbank apples with all of the ageing tannins coming from the apple. It is a rich, smooth liqueur very much at home with all of the after dinner drinks and specialist cocktails, especially with ginger and cinnamon.
Do try for the bedtime drink of warm milk, spoon of honey and table spoon of brandey to help with the slumber - easy on the tablespoon!
