Julie and Rod Calder-Potts grow and produce their own organic apple products, including the multi award winning Highbank Orchard Syrup, Treacle, Organic Apple Juice, Non alcoholic Drivers Cider and our Organic Cider Vinegar and Balsamic Vinegar. All apples used are organically grown, by us at our home at Highbank Farm in Kilkenny.
From our Apiary we have World Cup Winning Honey. Some say that it is more efficacious than Manuka Honey!
