Hebridean Charcuterie - East To West Salami

Our East to West Salami is handmade in the Outer Hebrides, and was created in homage to the crofter raising sheep to provide meat for the family. Its been influenced by our new islanders of Syrian descent who have found a safe haven here, by using the aromatic baharat spice to delicately flavour the creamy texure of the salami.

So its a mixture of crofter reared mutton, with locally sourced free range pork, plus a lovely aromatice spice mix to add something special.
