We make Wild and Free range artisan hand made salami exclusively in the Outer Hebrides. Our wild meats come from South Uist and supplied by our good friends Storas Uibhist. Our rare breed pork comes from crofters. We are environmentally sustainable, using low energy and no plastic in our packaging. Our salami is bold in flavour and made from the best ingredients sourced from the most beautiful place on earth, The Outer Hebrides.
