Hanna's Bees - Raw Irish Soft Set Honey

Our soft set honey is made from spring rapeseed honey, mixed with spring and summer wildflower honey for a rounded flavour and a creamy melt-in-your-mouth texture. It is best eaten on toast or homemade bread, a dollop added to hot porridge and allowed to melt slightly, or just a spoonful straight from the jar. It is an ideal honey for children as it does not drip!

This soft set honey is pure raw Irish honey from our own Native Irish honeybees.

Soft set honey gets its smooth texture from the minute crystals that form as the honey sets. Kept at room temperature, our soft set honey is spreadable, and if kept in the fridge it may harden to a chewy, toffee like consistency depending on the blend.

Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months.
