Ethical Origin - Tabi (Whole Beans)

This amazing Organic Tabi is produced by Gabriel Coy and his family in Villa Gabriela Farm, Palestina, Huila (Colombia). Tabi is a Timor Hybrid, with Bourbon and Typica varieties. It is a shade-grown6 coffee which means that it has been grown in its natural ecosystem and is less susceptible to harmful climate impacts. Added ecological benefits of this farming method include the provision of a bird-friendly habitat. The name Tabi means “good” in the Misak language, a language from a Colombian indigenous people from the Cauca Region.
