Our Organic 100% Sprouted Coarse Milled Flour is a wholegrain bread flour that can be used in all recipes. Its particularly delicious when used for traditional Irish brown bread. All our grains are germinated, gently dried, and stone milled in to flour giving them unique properties and benefits.

Simple and versatile to use in any recipe, just blend with other flours or replace one for one. This flour is a strong flour so suitable for use in breads. All our flours are natural, wholegrain and unbleached with no additives except time!
