Durrow Mills is an Irish company in the heart of the midlands, and the sole manufacturer specialising in sprouting organic grains for use in food production. Our philosophy is 'Do it slowly, do it right'. With intolerances on the rise it is time to go back to basics and enjoy food naturally.
Our unique sprouting process has been developed over two years. Our range of organic grains are slowly activated and grown to just the correct stage, raw dried gently and then carefully stone milled fresh to order to preserve their essential properties and nutritional values.
Use our flours in any recipe and just substitute in one for one with ordinary flour, alternatively they can be blended with other flours to give a great taste and healthy kick to all your baking!
