Sourdough made with organic wholewheat flour grown and milled in Co. Louth by Dunany Flour, Olands heritage grain grown and milled in Co. Kilkenny by The Little Mill, Oriel sea salt from Co. Louth, wild yeast, water and a lot of time handmade in our micro-bakery in Athgarvan.
