We are a small artisan bakery based in Athgarvan, Co. Kildare.
We specialize in sourdough bread made with Irish flour, Irish sea salt, water, wild yeast, and a lot of time ... We also do soda breads and pastries.
You can find us on Saturdays in Solas Eco Garden Shop in Portarlington and in Naas at the Naas farmers' market.
You can also find our goodies in Doyle's Grocer in Ballymore Eustace, The Little Brew Cafe in Kilcullen, Refillz in Naas and 45 Duke Street coffee shop in Athy.
