Boyne Valley Farmhouse Cheese - Boyne Valley Blue

A pasteurised semi-hard blue goats cheese. This cheese is mild to medium in strength and has a lovely combination of blue and goat flavour.
Fantastic as part of a cheese board. And very good melted on a burger, pizza or steak.
