Blasta Delights - Organic Ginger Syrup

A strong source of ginger with just the right amount of sweetness. Great way to warm up a bowl of porridge, onto some pancakes or rice pudding after a chilly winter walk. Just imagine maple syrup with warmths of ginger. Compliments asian flavours and is a great addition to a salad dressing, with soya sauce or a mustard and oil dressing. Can be diluted with anything like sparkling water or sparkling wine, also added to your gin or whiskey with a mixer or on the rocks.

Recipe suggestion:
Celtic Mule 
50ml Jameson
10 ml lime juice
10 ml ginger syrup
100ml ginger beer
wedge of lime

Mix together in a chilled tumbler and pour into your favourite glass with ice.
