Subh Fraoċ Bán, based in Ballinode, Co. Monaghan, produces homemade artisan jams, condiment sauces, and relishes. All my products are cooked in small batches to retain the essence of their ingredients and are vegetarian and vegan-friendly. Ingredients are sourced locally when in season and I use traditional cooking methods to preserve them for all year round eating.
