Oak Forest Mills Ltd produces stone ground spelt flour from grain grown by ourselves in Ireland on land in conversion to organic. Our stone mills run slowly to keep the grain cool during the milling process. This ensures the flour retains the maximum nutrients and natural oils of the grain. The flour is unbleached, unblended and has no additives whatsoever. It is a strong flour that produces great flavour and is ideal for spelt sourdoughs.
