Oak Forest Mills Stoneground White Spelt Flour 5kg.
Grown and milled in Ireland on land in conversion to organic. A natural flour, unbleached unblended with no additives, it retains more of the naturals oils of the grain and bakes out a darker colour than industrially milled flours. Our stoneground white is a strong flour for sourdough and yeast breads of great flavour. Works well also in banana bread, carrot cakes, brownies, apple tarts, etc.
