Durrow Mills Ltd - Organic Sprouted Buckwheat Flour 800G

Our Organic 100 % Sprouted Buckwheat Flour tastes great in pancakes or crepes or any home baking recipes. It is a naturally gluten free product, however does contain traces of wheat as we have to mill it through our stone mill. We take great care to clean it before use but cannot certify it gluten free. We germinate our buckwheat seeds before gently drying, and stone milling them in to flour giving them unique properties and benefits.

All our flours are natural, wholegrain and unbleached with no additives except time!
