I make a selection of preserves and chutney in small batches in my own kitchen in Clifden. All my products are hand-made from 100% natural ingredients. They contain no added colouring, flavouring, preservatives or gelling agents. Where possible, I use wild fruit foraged locally in Connemara (e.g. Rowan Berries, Blackberries, Crab-apples).
