Organic whole hazelnuts.
Hazelnuts are a rich source of vitamins and minerals like vitamin E, manganese and copper. Additionally, they have a high content of omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. They have been shown to increase antioxidant protection in the body. It is best to eat hazelnuts whole and un-roasted to ensure you get the highest concentration of antioxidants. They are commonly eaten as a snack or added to baked goods and other dishes. It’s best to eat them with the skin on.

How does it work?
1. Choose your product. Most products are sold in multiples of 100g or less. So for example, if you would like 500g of rice, choose 100g x 5 etc.
2. In keeping with our zero waste ethos. Your product will be packaged in a glass jar where possible. This jar is post consumer and has been cleaned and sterilised for reuse.
Please decant the product into your own container as soon as you can. Then return the jar to your Neighbour Food drop off point where it will be collected for further use.
