Quinoa is gluten-free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids. It is also high in fibre, magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E and various beneficial antioxidants.
Rinse thoroughly before using. Simmer in two parts water to one part quinoa for approximately 12-15 minutes. Once the water is all absorbed, remove the pot from heat, cover it and let the quinoa steam for 5 minutes.

How does it work?
1. Choose your product. Most products are sold in multiples of 100g or less. So for example, if you would like 500g of rice, choose 100g x 5 etc.
2. In keeping with our zero waste ethos, your product will be packaged in a glass jar where possible. This jar is post consumer and has been cleaned and sterilised for reuse. Please return the jar to your Neighbour Food drop off point where it will be collected for further use.
