Keep in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight.
Cooking Instructions:
Pour desired amount into a bowl (approx 50g per portion)
Add the same volume of hot but not boiling water
Cover and let it rest for a few minutes until it reaches the desired consistency
Add salt and some extra virgin olive oil, stir with a fork to separate the grain.
