Wild Atlantic Wellness - Sleep Easy 10 Ml Organic Essential Oil Roller Bottle

This calming sleep easy blend is ideal for those experiencing trouble falling asleep or those who find deep sleep a rare experience.

I am a dedicated and passionate Aromatherapist and love making bespoke blends. I use 100% organic essential oils and unrefined carrier oils.

This sleep blend contains the folllowing organic essential oils:

- Cedarwood essential oil which helps to relax the mind and body providing relief from stress and anxiety which may prevent sleep.

- Vetiver essential oil which is deeply calming and grounding as well as having sedative properties.

- Roman Chamomile essential oil which is known to relief symptoms of insomnia, reduce anxiety and may relieve pain in the body.


Each blend contains 1 drop of Roman Chamomile essential oil, 2 drops of Cedarwood essential oil and 2 drops of Vetiver essential oil . My carrier oil of choice is either fractionated coconut or organic jojoba oil.
