This healing respiratory blend is ideal for those recovering from any kind of respiratory illness and is also suitable for those wishing to protect their immune system.

I am a dedicated and passionate Aromatherapist and love making bespoke blends. I use 100% organic essential oils and unrefined carrier oils.

This respiratory blend contains the folllowing organic essential oils:

- Thyme oil which promotes clear breathing, heart health and alleviates anxiety.

Please note this oil is not suitable for pregnant or lactating persons, anyone with sensitive skin or those with heart failure.

- Frankincense oil which promotes slow breathing, cell regeneration and uplifts moods.

Please note this oil is not suitable for persons with any kind of blood disorder.

-Peppermint Essential Oil which helps to clear the airways and also gives you a gentle energy boost!

Please note this oil is not suitable for pregnant or lactating individuals.

INGREDIENTS:

Each blend contains 1 drop of Thyme oil, 2 drops of Frankincense oil and 2 drops of Peppermint oil . My carrier oil of choice is fractionated coconut oil as it is non-greasy and virtually odourless.

If you would like a respiratory support blend that does not contain the above oils for health reasons or for individuals that are younger than 6 or elderly then please message me directly and I will happily create one for you.
