Wild about - Marrowmalade

Marrows are vegetables, giant courgettes. We grow courgettes and marrows on our farm for chutneys and preserves, this one is taken from an old wartime recipe and made fresh from Marrow, Lemon & Ginger a wonderful combination that just isn't around anymore. Delicious on warm buttered toast.
