Vera Foods - Raw Cooking Chorizo

Using raw chorizo for cooking will blow your mind! Leave whole, chop in half or into rounds and let sizzle on a hot pan. Don't oil the pan- the flavour of delicious clean paprika spice will ooze out. We love mopping up with crusty bread and a crisp green salad- so lazy and so utterly moreish. This is the stuff that we supply to all the good Spanish restaurants in town.
