COFFEE FLAVOUR NOTES
This coffee has a delicious flavours of lemon, fudge, green apple, peach iced tea. It is a perfectly balanced cup that is sweet, sharp and juicy all at the same time.
ORIGIN STORY
This coffee comes from Rwnada Nyungwe CWS, and like most of Rwanda’s specialty coffee, this lot was classically fully washed. Nyungwe CWS is situated in the Rusizi district in the south-west of Rwanda, in the mountains between Lake Kivu and the Nyungwe natural forest on the Nile Congo crest. The conditions in Nyungwe are typical for Rwanda- ‘the land of a thousand hills’. It is rugged and mountainous with rich volcanic soils, plentiful sunshine and ample rainfall. This creates the perfect conditions for delicious, high-quality coffee.
