VARDEBI - Rosehip Murabba

Sweet and sour jam (murabba means fruit preserves in Georgian, Indian, Persian and Arabic), made from fresh rosehip 75%, lemon juice and low sugar just 25%, we use bain-marie method for sterilising the product. Can be used with any dairy product, on a toast, in a sweet and sour sauce, pastry, cake or pie. It is a versatile product, a source of vitamin C (23% DRA) which can help maintain the normal function of the inmune system.
