Unglu-d - Gluten Free Pancake Mix

At Unglu-d we love making pancakes so with the help of the Gluten Free Bakery we came up with our own mix. Delicious at any time of the day or week as an after school snack or a weekend treat.

With no added sugar it leaves you to add sugar/sweetener to your taste. This mix makes 8 to 10 pancakes.

Ingredients;

Rice starch, maize starch, mashed potato flakes, guar gum, whole egg powder, glucose syrup, dextrose, sodium acetate, citric acid.
