Unbound - Macroom Coarse Flour (2Kg)

Traditional stone-ground wholewheat flour made by Donal Creedon at Macroom Oatmeal Mills. This wholemeal flour is stone ground after being lighted roasted and gives the most lovely slightly nutty texture to breads. Macroom Flour is milled in the traditional manner from the Walton Milling Tradition, established 1832.
This flour is extra coarse stoneground wholewheat is additive and preservative free.
