A relatively unknown variety of beetroot which are cultivated on a small commercial scale. They are bright in colour and mild flavoured with a smoother texture and sweeter taste than their red beet counterparts. They are increasing in popularity as consumers are being introduced to a wider variety of beetroot in the search for healthy food. 2 to 3 beetroot in a 1KG unit depending on individual size and weight.
