A fantastic introduction to Orange wine. We get the great aromatic flavours from Muller Thurgau that we are familiar with but by leaving the white grapes to ferment with their skins we get bruised red apple, blood orange, candied peel, passion fruit and a little grip. Great body and mouthfeel. Very energetic.

Drinks very well on its own and pairs very well with lamb tagine, roast pork, tomato pasta, risotto
