1 x homemade tub pizza tomato sauce 8oz
1 x tub West Cork grated Mozzarella 13oz

Cooking your Pizza
1. Pre-heat oven to 220° (or as high as you can go!)
2. Turn a baking tray upside down and cover with grease proof paper
3. Roll out your pizza dough ball on a lightly floured surface and sprinkle flour on top of the dough ball (this is a 10oz dough ball so you could halve it if you like)
4. Roll out to size with a rolling pin – it is very springy so be patient!
5. Put your rolled dough on top of the upturned baking tray
6. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza base with a spatula
7. Top with mozzarella and whatever toppings you like
8. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until crisp
