The Olive Stall - Black Olive Tapenade

A piquant tapenade with olives,herbs and anchovies that's as delicious swirled through pasta as it is topping a bruschetta - a great alternative to pesto.Traditionally made with anchovy, this is great for cooking, it makes a particularly good crust for any white fish.
