The Green Apron - Windfall Apple Jelly

This is excellent on hot buttered toast- it melts right in to give the most delicious sweet appleyness.
We eat it on scones, bread, toasts, use it to glaze vegetables and roasts and add it to casseroles and gravies and also serve it with cheese. Its very versatile!
