I've included recipes for everything fruity I could think of- from smoothies and cocktails - to dessert's, jams, relishes, vinegarss, savoury dishes and some foraged favourites like Blackberry Whiskey and Hedgerow Jelly. I tried to make as straightforward as possible with easily accessible ingredients.
